The Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI)is the only digital maturity assessment methodology recognized by the World Economic Forum (WEF). Developed by global companies like McKinsey, Siemens, SAP, and TÜV SÜD, this framework aims to accelerate digital transformation. SIRI Assessment Matrix

By adhering to the international standard of the SIRI Assessment Matrix, we collaborate with relevant department managers within your organization to analyze your current state across 16 different dimensions. For each dimension, we assign a band score from 0 to 5, reflecting your level of digital maturity.

When determining these band scores, we use the infrastructure provided by the German Academy of Science and Engineering (ACATECH).
